Make it Official

After having perused our site for its details and pricing and having sent an inquiry to book, make it official for the printing of the invitations by paying a deposit to secure your storybook space.

Make Plans

Select food and drinks two weeks before your special day. Food is selected from our catering menu and typically is in the range of $14-16 per person for standard menu offerings. Wine can be selected for purchase either by the glass or by the bottle. It usually is more economical to purchase by the bottle. When you purchase by the bottle, you take any open bottles home with you at the end of the event. You can have the entire wine list available or only a selection of wines. A selection of 4 to 6 wines is recommended. Bottles of beer and nonalcoholic beverages also are available and can be found on our winery menu. Pricing is based on consumption.

Make Memories

You did it; your special day has arrived. Take a deep breath and have the time of your life. Your guests will enjoy food that is served buffet style to ensure that everything is as hot and fresh as possible while having plenty of food. Drinks are readily available at a staffed walkup bar. After it's all said and done, settle up by paying the food and drinks tab along with the remainder of the deposit.

FAQs

A 20% gratuity is added to the food and beverage sales at the end of the event and is separate from the rental fee.

The High Tasting Room can accommodate 60 guests, the Private Pavilion can accommodate 40 guests, and the Top of the Winery Turret can accommodate 12 guests.

No outside food or caterers are permitted because we operate a commercial kitchen licensed by the local health department. Although we have delicious desserts, the only exception is that cakes may be brought in if they were prepared by a licensed bakery, but please note that we do not have cooler space available to store them in advance. Please note that we do charge a $25 service fee to cut and plate cakes.

Decorations are permitted provided that they are not affixed to the premises. No glitter, confetti, open flames, fireworks, or sparklers are permitted.

Minimal advance rearrangement is permitted with approval.

Yes, both are included in the rental period. We have found that the rental period provides most parties with sufficient time, but you can book additional time if you need.

Outside vendors only are allowed with advance approval, but please be aware that third-party caterers are not permitted.

The deposit unfortunately is nonrefundable. In order to book and hold the space for you, we had to forego other inquiries and bookings as a result.

The rest of the winery and bistro will remain open to the public during your event. While you will have exclusive access to the space, you may be able to hear public happenings, and live music may be scheduled then. Please check our Happenings Page for booked public events.

The High Tasting Room is only accessible by stairs. There is a restroom on the same floor, so guests only will need to traverse the steps when coming and going.
